Goal is to achieve logical "passage" for dialect translation (from-to between dialects).
First, introduce symmetric counterpart to
ModelParser, theModelWriter. Then addDialect(intentionally not "model dialect" as later we can use it for settings.hocon etc?). And finally introduceModelDialectManagerand SPIModelDialectProvider.https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MNG-8257
